Upcoming homeowner orientations

Take the first step towards homeownership!

In order to apply to be a Habitat homeowner, you must first attend a Habitat Charlotte homeownership orientation and receive an application. Orientations are held twice a month at Plaza Presbyterian Church located at 2304 The Plaza (additional orientations are held at the locations below). You must attend an orientation to receive an application, and all orientations are free and last under one hour. Please bring a copy of one month's worth of your most recent pay stubs (or proof of income from SSI, social security, disability, retirement or child support) with you to the orientation to turn in with your application.

Hábitat Para La Humanidad tendrán unas orientaciones Espanol para aquellos interesados en ser proprietarios de casa el martes el 8 de julio a las 6:30 p.m. Las orientaciones serán en nuestra oficina Habitat para la Humanidad Charlotte 3815 Latrobe Drive Charlotte, NC 28211. Hábitat trabaja en colaboración con familias para proveer casas al alcanse de individuos con bajos recursos. Ofrecen 0% de interés sin dinero de entrada y muy bajos pagos mensuales que empiezan desde los $350 hasta los $675. La orientación tocará aspectos básicos acerca de los requisitos de calificación y las aplicaciones serán distribuidas al final de la orientación.
