Donations of NEW Building Materials

Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte encourages the donation of NEW building materials that meet existing specifications for use on Habitat homes.  USED building materials can be donated to our ReStore where they will be sold to the public to generate funding for Habitat houses.

Donations of Subcontractor Services

Professional services are required on the Habitat site for masonry, HVAC installation, electrical wiring, plumbing and other services.  Habitat builds throughout the year and can schedule donors during any month.  To offer your services on a Habitat project please contact Stephan Eichert.

Donations of Non-Construction Services

In addition to building homes Habitat Charlotte manages over 550 active mortgages and the sale of over 65 homes each year.  The offices on Wendover Road house 30+ employees and a dozen full time volunteers.  The business of building and selling homes requires professional skills that are often generously donated by local donors.  Lawyers, Accountants, Graphic Designers, Marketing Specialists, Interior Designers and Financial Counselers have all constributed their resources to help us pursue the Habitat mission of eliminating substandard housing.  To find out how you can donate your unique skills please call the Habitat office at 704 376-2054.
